Hey there! welcome back on Error Geek. I know I haven’t been updating my site which is kinda heart-breaking to me. I have a lot of time to write but whenever I sit, I end up watching YouTube videos, and promising myself I will write about gaming tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.
Coming back to the topic, as you guys can see this article is about Artifact (video game) which I never heard of but eventually, I manage to read and write because that’s my job and that’s what I do on Error Geek. In this article, you will find about Artifact (video game) release date, gameplay and system requirements.
Artifact is an upcoming digital collectible card game. The game is developed and published by Valve Corporation. It is an online battle arena type game. The game focuses on online player versus player battles across three boards known as Lanes. These lanes were also used by Valve in the universe of Dota 2. Artifact is going to be released for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux. The game will also be released for Android and iOS devices the following year.
Artifact (video game) will be released officially on 28 November 2018.
Ok, Let me tell you something when I read that Artifact is a digital collectible card game, ‘Card Game’ that actually reminded me of ‘Spider Web card game’ most of us have played this game in our childhood and is still available on Microsoft Windows. Although, Artifact video game is not similar to that Spiderweb game. Artifact gameplay is completely different. Alright, the gameplay of Artifact is to build a deck of collectible cards, via purchasing or either individual cards or packs of them on the Steam Marketplace. The game purpose is to defeat an opponent in a 1v1 situation.
If you’ve played Dota 2 which is also developed by Valve Corporation then this game an easy-going for you. Because Artifact is heavily based and features many elements from online battle arena game Dota 2. As I mentioned that Artifact is a completely different game from other traditional collectible card games, the game features three ‘lanes’ with each lane existing as its own independent board also guarded by a tower at the end. The winner of the game will get the chance to destroy a structure known as ‘Ancient’ that will appear after a tower has been successfully destroyed.
